As if a normal Bugatti Veyron wasn't enough, the automaker decided to combine the elegance of the Grand Sport with the performance of the Super Sport models, ending up with what is known as the Grand Sport Vitesse. The name Vitesse is French for “speed” and it has been carefully chosen to represent the car because its W16 engine now makes 1,200 hp and 1,500 Nm of torque. Enough to launch the car from 0 to 100 km/h (62 mph) in just 2.6 seconds. Pretty impressive, especially if you think that the car weighs around 2 tons. Changes include a tuned gearbox, larger turbochargers, bigger intercoolers, reconfigured chassis and dampers, new roof spoiler and other aerodynamic enhancements.
